I did 3 days in a row of the 30 Day Shred and It hasn’t been too bad. Day 2 was the worst. I didn’t do the shred yesterday, I know I know, I should have. I took before pictures and I’m anxious to see what the after pictures look like compared to the before! I’m pretty proud of myself for actually sticking with this new diet. I’ve tried quitting cokes before, I’ve tried eating healthy before and it normally only lasted for about a week (if that). It has almost been 4 weeks!!!! I weighed myself at my parents house yesterday and I’ve lost 5lbs so far. Woot!!!
One of my favorite things to do is look up hashtags on Instagram. I like looking up #weightlossbeforeandafter or stuff like that. It really helps to motivate me! I also like to look up #cleaneating and other stuff to get ideas.
I’m at work today and I didn’t bring anything for my lunch so I ordered a Beach Club Unwich from Jimmy Johns.
It was pretty good!
